Payouts are processed once a month at 12:00 am UTC on the 21st of each month. Your Stripe-connected account will have the balance queried via the Stripe API and if you meet the payout threshold ($100), then we will process a payout transaction to your account. If the threshold is not met, you must wait until the next payout date and meet the threshold criteria to receive your payout.
You can browse to the "Payouts" tab in your Account Settings area to view an overview of your payout information. Here, you will be able to see the amount you have to be paid out, the amount that’s pending to be paid out, the next payout date, whether or not you've hit the payout threshold, and a link to a Stripe-hosted dashboard with more in-depth information. An overview of the items in this area is outlined below:
Amount available to payout - these are the current funds in your expert Stripe-connected account balance. This is the amount to be processed on the next payout date if the threshold criteria are met.
Available soon/pending amount - these are the funds that are currently pending to be sent to your balance. These funds will be available on a ~2-day rolling basis (timing can vary between country and account). Once the funds are available, they move to the amount available. Funds will not show up here until after a session has been completed and the payment has been captured.
Next Payout Date - this date will show, in your local time, the next payout date.
Payout threshold met (also shown as icons next to payout date) - these indicate whether or not your available balance has met the payout threshold. If there is a negative pending balance (i.e. in the event of refunds), that amount will be deducted from the available balance.
